Access to Amenities

• Access to the Pickleball Court, Clubhouse, Gym, Play Area and Swimming Pool is strictly limited to residents only (owners or registered tenants).

• No pets are allowed in any of the amenities.

Hours of Operation (Strictly Enforced)

• All shared amenities are open daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• This schedule will be strictly enforced to ensure the comfort of all residents.

• All events (e.g., birthday parties or other functions) must end by 6:00 PM.

• No loud music is permitted during or after operational hours.

Children & Supervision

• Children must be supervised at all times when using the common areas and amenities.

Cleanliness & Waste Disposal

• All garbage must be disposed of in the bins provided. Do not leave any trash outside units or in common areas.

• Please take your waste back to your unit or discard it in the designated bins.

• Do not flush diapers (pampers) or any inappropriate items down the toilet, as this may cause plumbing issues.

Parking

• Each unit is assigned allocated parking—these are for the exclusive use of the respective owner or tenant.

• Visitors must use designated 'Visitor' parking spaces only.

• Vehicles parked in the wrong spaces may be towed at the owner's expense.

Laundry & Clothes Drying

• Outdoor clothes drying is not allowed, especially in units 1 to 64. Please use indoor drying racks or dryers.

Safety and Security

• Please be mindful of the speed limit—children are often playing within the development.

• Neighborhood Watch is in place. Stay alert and report any unfamiliar individuals or suspicious behavior.

• Respect the Security Gate FOB Policy—do not share your FOB with non-residents.

Events & Noise Policy

• Birthday parties or gatherings must conclude by 6:00 PM.

• Any excessive noise or disturbances may be reported directly to Law Enforcement by any resident.

• Everyone has the right to enjoy quiet, peaceful living.
